Audi India has unveiled the refreshed Q8 facelift, starting at an all-new price of Rs 1.17 crore. Despite the updated SUV’s mechanical underpinnings remaining the same, it boasts a lighter cosmetic makeover and introduces several new features.

The Q8 facelift retains its 340 horsepower, 3.0-liter V6 engine, while also featuring HD Matrix LED headlights and an updated ADAS suite.

The most notable transformation in the facelifted Q8 is the introduction of the new HD Matrix LED headlights, featuring laser assistance for the high beam and customizable light signatures. The grille has undergone subtle updates, incorporating new octagonal apertures and ‘L’-shaped inserts. Additionally, the air intakes in the bumper have been redesigned for better aerodynamics.

While the rear of the vehicle has seen minimal changes compared to its predecessor, it now boasts new digital OLED rear lights, offering four selectable light designs that seamlessly integrate with the headlights.

The interiors of the Q8 are remarkably similar to its predecessor, with only minor alterations, such as different stitching on the upholstery and the introduction of new color schemes. The Q8 will continue to boast Audi’s signature twin MMI touchscreens, four-zone climate control, a head-up display, and seats equipped with heating, ventilation, and massage features. It also preserves the Bang & Olufsen high-end audio system.

Furthermore, the refreshed Q8 comes with an expanded app store and supports built-in third-party music applications like Spotify and Amazon Music. Additionally, the driver assistance systems have been enhanced for improved safety and convenience.

The Q8 model India-Spec Retain its 3.0-litre V6 turbo-petrol motor and a 48V mild-hybrid setup, generating 340hp and 500Nm of torque. By default, this setup is equipped with an 8-speed automatic transmission that distributes power to all four wheels.

Audi Q8 Facelift – Pricing

The Q8 facelift, priced at Rs 1.17 crore, is Rs 10 lakh more expensive than its predecessor. Although it lacks direct competitors, the coupe-SUV will offer an alternative to more conventional SUVs like the Mercedes-Benz GLE and BMW X5.
