BMW R1300 GSA-Overview :
BMW has Finally Revealed the most awaited Motorcycle after the launch of R1300 GS. Here it is New 2025 BMW R1300 GSA the new adventure tourer motorcycle from BMW motorrad. The main purpose of these bike is to go on very long road trip without any problem. BMW R1300 GSA comes with tonnes of feature & tech so without any problem you can just go wherever you want to go. The Design of R1300 GSA is changed when we compared to R1300 GS. .
The Design of New R1300 GSA is very bulky thanks to massive fuel tank. The fuel tank capacity on R1300 GSA is increased by 11 litres to cover more distance. BMW has Used new Technology in R1300 GSA which is Clutch less Gear shifting, Front & rear Collision warning, Dynamic ride height, Adaptive cruise control etc. As there is lot’s of addon to the new R1300 GSA the weight has also increased substantially but the Engine & Power remains the same as R1300 GS. The Rear subframe of R1300 GSA is Redesigned.
New Updates-BMW R1300 GSA :
Talking about new updates at first The overall design of R1300 GSA is changed. The bike looks very big & heavy. At the Front, we get LED matrix Headlight with auxiliary lights for better visibility. We get to see new Tank design because R1300 GSA comes with 30 Litre aluminium fuel tank which is 11 litres more than R1300 GS. We also get Bigger front windscreen. As this is very big bike BMW has given Engine Protector bar as an accessory. Then the Rear Subframe is also redesign for better seating space for pillion. For the First Time we will get to see Clutch less Gear shifting like Honda bikes.
This feature is called Automated Shift Assistant (ASA). With the new Automated Shift Assistant (ASA), BMW Motorrad offers an innovative technical solution to make motorcycling easier and more comfortable. True to the motto “Simplify your ride”, the riding experience is further enhanced by the automation of the clutch and gear shift, without sacrificing the emotionally important dynamics of the gear change. The Automated Shift Assistant (ASA) will also be available as an option on the BMW R 1300 GS from model year 2025.
If we opt for Automated Shift Assistant Then we get a Dedicated Button to switch Bike in Auto mode where bike itself will change the gear or we can switch to manual mode where rider will change the gear.
We also get to see Front & rear collision warning, hen we also get to see Blind spot indication, & Adaptive ride height & Adaptive cruise control that we have sawn on R1300 GS. BMW R1300 GSA will be offered in 4 different variants- (Racing Red, GS Trophy, Triple Black, Option 719 Karakorum).
BMW R1300 GSA- Engine Specs, Suspension :
In New BMW R1300 GSA we get the same Engine as we get on R1300 GS. The New R1300 GSA is powered by 1300cc Liquid Cooled Twin Cylinder Boxer Engine that Put’s out Max. Power 145Hp @7750rpm & Max. Torque 149Nm @ 6500rpm The Engine is mated with 6 speed gearbox. This makes it by far the most powerful BMW boxer engine ever to be produced in series.
At the center of the new suspension is the sheet metal shell main frame made of steel, which in addition to being significantly optimised in terms of installation space also offers higher levels of stiffness than the predecessor model. In place of the previous tubular steel construction, the new R 1300 GS Adventure now has an aluminium lattice tube rear frame made of aluminium tubes and forged parts. The EVO Telelever front wheel guide with flex element and the revised EVO Paralever rear wheel guide also provide even greater steering precision and riding stability.
