The New Dzire is expected to receive a segment-first electric sunroof, set to launch on November 11.
The upcoming new-gen Maruti Dzire has been leaked in clear photos, fully showcasing its exterior and interior design. The leaked images reveal that the Dzire boasts significant changes not only from its predecessor but also from the Swift model it is based on.
The New Dzire is set to stand out from its competitors with its distinctive design. It will feature a new 82hp, 112Nm Z series engine, with pricing details set to be revealed on November 11.
2025 Swift Dzire : Exterior & Interior Design
The compact sedan receives a completely revamped front-end design that bears no resemblance to the recently launched Swift. It boasts a large grille at the front, accentuated by sleek rectangular LED headlamps. Additionally, the new Dzire features redesigned fog lamp housings and a bold gloss black trim that connects the headlamps, with a chrome strip at the bottom. The upcoming sedan exudes a more mature look compared to its predecessor, thanks to its sharp styling elements.
The rear-end boasts Y-shaped LED elements in the tail lamps, connected by a chrome strip across the tailgate. The boot lid features a spoiler-like hump, and the rear bumper is adorned with contouring elements. Higher-end models are equipped with diamond-cut alloy wheels.
The interior shot verifies that it will adopt the same overall layout as the Swift, featuring a 9-inch free-standing touchscreen system and an innovative steering wheel. The range of features to be offered is expected to include a segment-first electric sunroof and an analog instrument cluster equipped with a 4.2-inch digital MID. Unconfirmed reports hint at the possibility of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) being integrated into the higher variants of the new Dzire.
2025 Swift Dzire: Powertrain
The new Swift Dzire will be available with the same 1.2-litre, three-cylinder Z Series petrol engine found in the Swift, producing 82 horsepower and 112 Newton meters of torque. Additionally, it will feature a petrol-CNG option. A standard 5-speed manual gearbox will be included, with the petrol variants also offering an automatic gearbox option.
Expect Maruti to begin taking bookings for the new Dzire in the coming weeks, with deliveries set to start around mid-November. Just like its predecessor, the new Dzire will compete with models such as the Hyundai Aura, Honda Amaze, and Tata Tigor.
