The Interior Design of Upcoming Hyundai Alcazar Facelift is Inspired From Hyundai Creta’s Interior. Official Launch on September 9.
Hyundai has shared the first pictures and information about the new Alcazar facelift’s inside and plans to reveal its cost on September 9. The Alcazar’s new look is based on the Creta and includes new features.
The Alcazar has received a fresh new look with a dual-tone interior, boasting more features than its pre-facelift model. The powertrain, however, remains unchanged.
Hyundai Alcazar Facelift – New Interior Updates
The Alcazar facelift introduces a fresh look, featuring a new-style dashboard from the Creta. This includes a 10.25-inch fully digital instrument cluster and an infotainment screen, both placed side by side. The interior boasts a dual-tone theme, alternating between tan (Noble Brown in Hyundai’s terminology) and dark blue (Haze Navy). As demonstrated in the released images by Hyundai, this combination of dual tones sets the Alcazar’s cabin apart from that of the Creta.
The front and rear captain’s chairs have undergone new contouring and are now finished in the same dual-tone scheme as the dashboard. The second-row individual seats feature significantly larger headrests with foldable extensions, making the area more spacious. Hyundai has eliminated the fixed center console that previously separated the captain’s seats, freeing up more space between the seats. This change has resulted in individual armrests for each seat, allowing for easy access to the third row from the second.
Regarding features, all four individual seats on the Alcazar facelift, which come in a six-seat configuration, are equipped with cooling capabilities. However, in the seven-seat option, this feature is limited to just the front seats. The wireless and USB charging pad for the second row has been relocated to the back of the front row’s armrest. Additionally, the front seats are now electrically adjustable for both the driver and the passenger. The driver’s seats feature a memory function that allows for a welcome retract.
The center console features brushed aluminum trim and is equipped with a variety of buttons for drive modes, along with an electronic parking brake. The higher-end variants come standard with automatic climate control. Additionally, the new Alcazar will be equipped with ADAS features similar to the Creta, including a 360-degree camera and blind spot assist. Other features, such as LED lights and a panoramic sunroof, will be carried over from the current model to the facelift.
Hyundai Alcazar Facelift – Powertrain
The Alcazar facelift, featuring a 160hp, 1.5-litre turbo-petrol engine and a 115hp, 1.5-litre turbo diesel, continues to thrive. Customers have the option to choose between a 6-speed manual or a 7-speed DCT transmission for the petrol engine, and a 6-speed manual or a 6-speed torque converter automatic transmission for the diesel. Additionally, the SUV comes equipped with multiple traction control modes, each with presets for snow, sand, and mud, mirroring the features of the previous model.
Hyundai Alcazar Facelift – Pricing, Launch Date
